Mr. Watts

Mr. Watts is a light stand that magically comes to life in apartment number 4 and gives children bright ideas. He assists them in finding solutions to their problems and helps them to see how special their family's are. At the end of each story, Mr. Watts invites you to share your Bright Idea with him.
